This two story, 19,000 square foot retail building utilizes steel framing to support both a composite concrete elevated floor slab and pre-fabricated timber roof trusses. A combination of steel chevron braces and steel moment frames provide lateral stability to the structure. Our office also provided structural engineering services for the Half Pints Daycare portion of this development.
