This project included the renovation of approximately 125,000 square feet of office space on eight floors in the existing Publishing House building. Structural work included the removal and addition of interior walls, cutting concrete floor openings for new ductwork, infilling existing openings and floor/ roof analyses for new mechanical equipment.
